TACTICAL STRIKE KS

Tactical Strike is a rising 3 yr old KWPN stallion. This promising stallion is the first and only stallion that will be standing in North America by Mauro Turfthorst. He will be presented to breed registries for approvals starting in the fall of 2026.

 

Last year, at just eight years old, Mauro Turfhorst already convincingly won the KNHS Small Tour Championship under Dinja van Liere. As a five-, six- and seven-year-old, the top talent had already reached the final of the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses. From his second crop comes this Taurano KS, bred out of a Z2 (3rd-4th) level half-sister to the Small Tour dressage horses Garonette (s.Apache) and Viaronette (s.Krack C). Granddam Naronette also produced the ZZ-Zwaar (5th) level dressage horse Sunny Side Up (s.Lancet) and is recorded as the granddam of the Westphalian and Oldenburg-approved stallion Taurus (s.Glock’s Toto Jr.). Naronette herself is a half-sister to the international Grand Prix horse Rholex (s.Rohdiamant) ridden by Kenneth Dyrby, and the international Small Tour horse Varonette (s.Gribaldi). In the second generation, top sire Gribaldi adds his proven Grand Prix genes to this pedigree.
